We are your IT department, You contact us to:
- Report problems.
- Ask questions.
- Check the status of
your requests for any part of your computer network.
Remote
Support: If a reported issue cannot be fixed by our help desk service
team then a properly documented report will be passed directly to our support
engineers. Where agreed, they have full, secure access to your servers and
workstations (where allowed) and can work on your problem immediately.
Initial Assessment: We will assess the status of your IT
system in the context of your overall business needs. Where appropriate, we
will make recommendations for any cost saving or performance enhancing improvements
to the system that you could make.
Hardware Breakdown Support: If any of your hardware fails
then we can usually diagnose the fault and source the replacement parts for
your staff to fit. If you require one of TLC's engineers to attend on-site,
then we will at our normal hourly rate.
Remote Servers Monitoring: We will monitor your servers remotely
on a weekly basis as a health check on the performance of your system. Without
interfering with your on-going business.
What is not included:
- Laptops remote to
the office - available dependent on conditions
- Call-out (Server
software upgrades, New Implementations) - available at our standard hourly
rate of £50.
